Announcement: Hanoi Elegance 1 hotel closedown

Dear honored guests,

The brand name Hanoi Elegance can be traced back to May 2005 when the first Hanoi Elegance hotel took shape and opened at No 8 Hang Bac street where we aims to create you a comfortable and relaxing stay during your time in Hanoi. Since then, Hanoi Elegance has been ramifying to HE2, HE3, HE4 and now HE5 hotels, owing to your valuable support and our great effort.

While the level of service in all of our hotels are set of the same level, the main drawback of Hanoi Elegance 1 is that it is a renovated building with limited space and no lift. Thus, unlike her sister hotels in the chain which are newly built and have lifts, it sometimes does not meet the expectation of every guest. We realize that a more spacious, newer and fully functioned entity is needed now to ensure you a stay of comfort as always.

As such, the management of Hanoi Elegance group hereby announce that from May 1st, 2010, Hanoi Elegance 1 hotel will stop operating and close for good. Our team will join in the brand new Hanoi Elegance 5 hotel, located at No 32 Lo Su street, adjacent to Hoan Kiem Lake. We believe that with the perfect facilities and amenities in the new HE5 plus the reputed customer service provided by our team, you shall all have a memorable stay that you deserve.

From that time onwards, we neither have any connection nor liability related to the old building at No 8 Hang Bac street, whether the new proprietor will use it for any purposes such as accommodation (again), restaurant, shop etc. All inquiries and contacts to our Hanoi Elegance hotels shall be made to sales@hanoielegancehotel.com
